the chocolate huntin' dog –
who's been primed to hunt since September's first cool winds blew in –
and his buddy, Dan!
This morning they put together their gear, picked up the camper and headed to meet a few others for a weekend in Minnesota's Chippewa National Forest seeking the elusive grouse.
If they're lucky, we may have fixings for a wild game dinner upon their return.
